If you want to build a lacart a pack(Pick Channels) the lowest you can find in tataksky DTH
I had used both of them Videocon had the most valued channel pack for lowest prices and Tata sky had the best valued pick channel prices
you can also opt for Airtel, Hathaway, dishtv etc.
you can buy DTh from komparify as the had better offers and provide dish at lower prices than market
