Thank you all for supporting my writing. I am getting confidence from your kind remarks and ratings.

I really like cooking. I have always helped my mom when I was small girl. Then later, she adviced me to do some nice cooking course. I did that and my teacher was very impressed. Later, I told my mother, lets buy microwave. So, I did one more special course in that.

These days, I cook everything in the microwave and man, it is veeery helpful . People use it only for reheating. How dumb! You can make so much from it, you know!

Check this out.they are my all time favourites.all year along!

1) Masala Papad: I spread a spoonful of oil on the papad and microwave it for 1 minute. It comes out reeeeally like deep fried! Believe me friends. Then I add some tomatoes and onions and coriander and my masala papad is ready!it is very nice snak for small home party with drinks & guest etc.

2) Steamed veggies: Any bhaji you want to steam, you can cook in microwave till it is soft. Then you can add sauces. white ones not red.ok. And it come really yummy!

3) Dum Aaloo: Instead of frying the aloo, just make small small holes using fork on the potato and microwave for 5 minutes. Then add it to the gravy. It is more healthy. Frying kills the essential nutrients you know and makes fat.

4) Rice: Keep one glass of rice with 2 glass of water in the microwave for 18 minutes and it comes out nice. You can add peas, shredded carrots and a little bit of onion to make it Pulao types.

5) Carrot Halwa:  Shred carrots and microwave with ghee for 10-15 minutes. Then add equal quatity of sugar and again cook till sugar melts. Then add Khoya. Nice looking Yummy yummy halwa is ready.

There are many many more things you can make and eat quickly.

When you buy microwave oven you have to read the instructions in the user book carefully. I will add some important infos which is very useful for cooking.

  • DONOT USE METAL PLATES OR CONTAINER.Also do ot use cups or plates, vessels with metal lining. ONLY USE GLASS OT PLASTIC OVERPROOF MAKES. Asking the same in shops for microwave use will be available. Dont use Nescafe mugs, thay have metal rings too.

  • EGGS CANNOT BE BOILED. Eggs burst if trying to boil. It is written in user book too.you can make omlette or fry but no boiled egg please for safety reason.

  • USE GLOVES. Food items are hot and utensils may too, so dont try gripping with bare hand.it may burn.

  • DONT CHANGE WARMING TIME. Some people increase temparature to save time.like boiling in 150 degree for 4 minutes to save boiling for 75 degree for 2 mins.lol. Food will get spoilt, so no shortcutting please.

I could not find some good topic listed so posting it in general tips.I have more cooking tips without microwave too.will want to write laterz

But you know they say that microwave food is not good for health. Why do they say that? Maybe those people who dont buy microwave have spread this news. Can anyone please tell me if its true?
