Below is only a summary of my horrifying experience-
On 13 June 2013 - They had initially installed the advance loop kit to my Fiat Punto(Rs. 31, 000/-)and I had the following trouble – a) the Breaks were not working in traffic b) the car was just not picking up on the 1st gear.
After a couple of days I was then told by their technician that the Advance Loop kit was not compatible with the Punto engine hence I should upgrade to the Sequential kit for better performance which would cost an additional Rs. 20, 000/-. In my opinion this should have been know to CertifiedCNG from before that The Punto is not compatible to the advance loop kit, (look how experienced their team is).
On 17 June 2013 – The Sequential kit was installed the problem of pick up was still existing, they then tell me that some spark plug needed to be changed which was effecting performance, which was then changed(now was the problem the spark plug? or the kit I don't know). From the time they installed the Sequential kit there have been small instances of break not working in traffic, But it got worse as time passed and it got really dangerous.
They have taken the car several times over the last months to rectify the problem but the same problem would keep arising, after all this while they come back with a confirmation that the kit needs to be taken off as its not performing on the car. I hence asked them for a Refund or a replacement of the kit since the one installed is not compatible(please note the Kit has a 2 years replacement warranty).
They come back concluding that any kind of refund or kit replacement is not possible(despite of having a 2 years warranty mentioned on paper) and now get to know that the company has stopped dealing with Sequential kit(no idea what the reason is).
One cannot even go to any other engineer to check the problem as CertifiedCNG only has the necessary software. So I feel the company has cheated me, deflated on its 2 years replacement warranty terms and it was a super bad choice to go with CertifiedCNG.
