Need Help in choosing right car. Review on General Tips on Buying a Car

I am planning to buy a car within a budget of 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs. There r many cars falling in the range of my budget and am confused as to which car should I go for? Alto, Wagon R, Santro, Getz, Indica.

Alto is basic model. fuel efficient, low power, compact, low maintenance etc. Wagon R is a good option but I heard that it will be phased out soon & will be replaced by Ritz. Santro is a good one again but mileage & maintenance is the concern. Getz. Same as Santro

Indica. Dont know much about it. Guys, I request you to kindly help me selecting the right car within my budget. Mine is a small family 2+2 and car will be used mainly for office to home and occasional short outings. Features am looking for in a car:
