I bought a Bajaj Pulsar 150CC bike at Castrol Bike Zone(RV Motors, Hebbal, Banagalore) last month. I really repent for buying the bikethere. Before making the payment.
I was told that the bike would bedelivered on the same day of payment and they wanted full payment.Before paying the amount, the manager over there used to call me twicedaily. After paying the amount in the morning, I was asked to collectthe bike in the evening. When I went in the evening, the manager wasnot there and when I tried to reach him on the mobile, he starteddisconnecting the call.
When I was calling from other phones, he wasanswering the call and disconnecting it after hearing my tone. Thishappend for three days and I sent him an SMS that I would have tocontact the head office, after which, he called me and told me that itwould take two more days to get the bike. In this way, it continued for10 days and I got my bike. Then again he told me to come on some otherday for invoice, RC book and insurance. I had to use my bike withoutthese for one week.
On two different dates I got invoice and insurance and that too after goind to showroom for around 20 times. I have stillbeen going to showroom for RC book and today I questioned him why is hedoing like this and how many times should I come. Then he told me thathe is not going to give RC book at all and he is asking me to give thebike back for which he is ready to pay the original amount by reducing15K. I was really shocked. I wrote a mail to the head office 1 weekback and there is no reply so far. I think I have no other way exceptproceeding legally. I have to tell about the free service provided at castrol bike zone. They say it as free servicing and they charged meRs.50 for chain adjustment. This is the way they work. They are greedy, irresponsble. My sincere advice is not to go for Castrol Bike Zone.
