I think that HSBC and SCB will top the list of unethical practices that I have personally and many of my colleagues.I had a horrible experience with HSBC credit card usage, charges and closure.I think the bank even goes and denies a written communication from the nodal officer when it goes for interest and charges.It denies it own's letter head statement.Hats off to the bank unethical practices.Now after that I would like to come to SCB.
I had a very bad experience for the credit card.Then it amazed me a lot when I took a loan from the bank in a time of emergency.It promised me that the loan would be 1% lower than the others, would be approved in a day and moreover would allow me 0-3% as preclosure charges based on my payment records.I should say it did not keep a single word even tough I had written statements stating the same
