We all are very well aware of mobiles and telecom now a days. we also face several problems related to telecom services like unwanted deduction of balance, low connectivity, internet issues, plans and recharge offers etc.
As for such problems they have provided Customer Care, so to solve customer query and help them and guide them. But the question is, are they provide help what we actually seek for? did they solve our query effectively and on time?
Several customer care of business co. like Just Dial, Union banks and all, I must say they are very good in solving our query but mobile customer care are not much helpful like them.
They always deny for unwanted deduction or money refund etc. Most of them always put call on hold during conservation. even we have to try hard to get connect with customer care. Out of all them Reliance Customer care is worse and pathetic. Airtel and docomo is somehow good enough but not much to our expectation. Well I cant say they are all wrong but the service they should provide is lack somewhere.
