Please let me know any worst word then "PATHETIC". It was experience with gati and PAYTM. I ordered sony tv worth of 51k and paytm given date was 23 -06-2015.
Because item is with Gati so definitely delay happened and they just register complain no. "12839015" and not reacting on same.
I called on 23 . than 24 . and then on 25-06-2015 for five times, but after all delivery not happened on 25 too. The product reach to Bangalore in morning 8 am but those guys are not able to deliver the product by 8PM with in Bangalore. Pathetic services don't go for them. Choose any other worst courier service but not Gati.!.
