Gangotk in Sikkim is among a popular Hill station in the North East. People visiting from plains often visit their to view the snow clad mountain for which they need to visit Changur Lake by booking a vechile from Near MG road. The lake areas were not properly maintained and were dirty with Yak's lid. Foods available around are not good. The place is prone to landslide. So it remain close during the rainy season. Roads to the lake were not in good condition.
Ravangla in the south Sikkim was a better place to visit. Shiv temple was very nice.
Gangtok can be visited once, but I dont consider it a very beautiful hill station.
