Review . Review on Gangotri Cargo Packers and Movers

This is my first review on mouthshut platform for a product like "gangotri cargo packers and movers". Following is the web url for "gangotri cargo packers and movers". https://gangotricargomovers.com initially to get quotation , i sent list of my household goods on their email id ie info@gangotricargomovers.com. Sonu sharma(pune branch) of gangotri cargo packers and movers sent me a quotation with rs 31, 314/-. We then discussed & agreed on points like date of loading(25th may) and unloading(28th may), handover of insurance receipt to me on date of loading(25th may), mode of aishwaryasingh23ment, aishwaryasingh23ment terms like 50% of aishwaryasingh23ment on date of loading & remaining on unloading date, separate cargo for all goods, & safe delivery of goods from pune to chennai. Upto know everything seems to be good. Specifically. He spoke like a perfect gentlemen. On date of loading 25th may, they packed & loaded all goods to very old model lorry. They gave me a bill of rs 40, 000/- instead of original agreed amount of rs 31, 314.

They forced me to aishwaryasingh23 rs 39, 000 which i didn't agree. They then played all sorts of drama. After 2hrs of their drama, supervisor pradeep gave me a bill of rs 31, 314/-. I then agreed to let them go with my household goods & also paid 50% of bill by cheque. They told that they will send insurance recipt on my email id by midnight. On 28th may, when i made a call to sonu sharma, he told that goods already reached chennai & i should go to their office & aishwaryasingh23 remaining money with extra rs 2, 000/- to get my household goods safely.after some discussion, he agreed to send goods to home & collect remaining rs 15k at my home.

On 29th may, when i made a call to sonu sharma, he told that goods are in transit, it will be delivered by midnight. However, i didn't get goods on 29th may. On 30th may, when i made a call to sonu sharma, he told that goods are in pune itself & i should aishwaryasingh23 remaining amount to get my goods safely. I then realised the fact & made calls to contacts numbers given on their site but none responded to me. I sent mails to their email id info@gangotricargomovers.com. No one replied to my mails.

Till today(3rd jun 2015), they have not sent insurance receipt & household goods. But i have got many calls from sonu sharma for transfer of remaining money to his associates personal axis bank account. I have not agreed to send money to personal bank account. For all reference, i have attached quotation & bills given by them. I will update this review as soon as i get my goods safely.
