This is one of my all time favorite restaurants. I have been coming here since ages now and the menu is no less than by heart. In fact, this place is owned by one of my very good friends’ uncle. This isn’t really the place for students or even big groups to hang out. This is more of a family place wherein you spend some quality time with one and all in the family. There’s something in the menu for every age.
However, my personal favorites are quite a few in number, having been here for years now. Well, you may take my recommendations as well since I’ve already tried the entire menu. I mean, not literally, but yes, somewhere close to that. Among the soups, you may go for the Paya Shorba. In case you’re a vegetarian, try the vegetable cream soup. Even though I am a diehard non-vegetarian, I love the veg cream soup at Gallops.
Moving on, the Lasooni Jhinga, Chicken Reshmi Kabab and the Chicken Kalimirch Kabab will surely leave you with a lingering taste that is enough to bring you back. For a nice dinner with my cousins in the city, I love hogging on their kababs. Well, I must say they have numerous delicious options when it comes to appetizers from different parts of the world. You hardly find a place where Indian and Foreign cuisines are equally good to taste. Hence, Gallops indeed, is unique in its own awesome ways.
