I've been using the broadband service since 4 months and have not been very satisfied with it owing to frequent connectivity issues due to some or the other reasons.
However, the Speed of this ISP is quite good and almost nearing to what they promise which is a plus point, and I've never faced a problem with the speed when the connectivity is present.
The Connection reliability is not so good as there are frequent issues, as in every 7-10 days on average where the connectivity remains unavailable for a few hours to even 2-4 days!
Their Service and Support and is just satisfactory. The issue resolution time is almost always greater than the provided ETR by the customer service.
Overall, I would say this ISP's service is average and not reliable for professional working from home with timely commitments to any client or company!
