GTPL is best ISP.I own use this ISP in last 1 and half year in my office and home also
I am using 1 MBPS plan.
Rent is average Rs. 4500/- per year and 7 month free. Speed is also good with home usage
Some time maintenance problem is occurred in some specific area then some hours internet service is stop but good things is that you have to informed by your register mobile no. By massage in advanced so you can manage.
