Since the last 4 month, I have purchased a broadband connection from GTPL in Ahmedabad. and this is the 4th time my connection is not working properly. Whenever you are complaining in customer care they are registering your complaint and closing it without doing anything after a few hours or 1 day.
They just know how to speak to the client but never tried to resolve your complaint. My connection plan is 30 MBPS but I am not able to open Gmail. This time since last 1 week I am suffering from this slow connection speed issue. I complained 4 times but no one has come to my home.
