The area in which I live have only 2 or 3 broadband providers and most of them are headache and GTPL BROADBAND is one of them as I was not having any option and none of them were affordable like GTPL BROADBAND so I opted for a GTPL BROADBAND. after few months it started showing me problems like speed issues and at last disconnection of network, i mean sometimes I was not able to use internet and this thing after few days quite become regular and when I complain they told me that their technician will come in 24 hours but if we are lucky enough then only they will come in 24 hours otherwise given 24 hours were also converted to 48 hours and yes not the least 1 week also.
so I am facing many problem from it, but I can't do anything, i don't have any option. their customer care executive are also not responsive I have to call three to four times to get my call connected to their executives.
