GTPL terminal board - connection at my place.
I am suing GTPL net from last 5 years. that main terminal board- connection which is at my place(my home) they provide another 10 user GTPL net connection by consuming my power and place. they just give me tens to zero benefit.
one problem occurs one year before they spent 3 months to resolve. because of that problem I am hardly getting 512 Kbps speed for continuous 3 months(May days my net connection is not working in that 3 months) though my plan is 10 MBPS and when I spoke to GTPL maintenance HOD he refuse to extend that 3 months.
one of my friend's dad is at well known person in our society GTPL always give them more month renew time than mine ones
