I am using GTPL Broadband form last 4 months and I have plan for 4 Mbps speed but I did not get this speed properly. when ever I call to customer care regarding error for connection or complain for internet speed at that time get same answer all the time as it is that " your ares server is down right now so please tray after some time."
So, please tray to give a proper answer to customer and give a satisfaction them not only me but all of your customer if you want to stand in market because many competitor are available in market.
If I am not get proper speed up to during expiry my plan then I change my internet provider definitely.
