I was on the GE website because I wanted to change a future payment. I was thrown off the website twice and instead of changing the payment; it went thru twice. Customer service(after holding for over 30 minutes) was unable to reverse the second payment. I was told I would have to wait for 15 days. However if I faxed copies of my bank statement they could reverse the double payment in 4-5 business days. Of course the fax number I was given didn't work.
So their website is faulty; the fax number wouldn't receive and their customer service is inadequate.
I will not be using them again!
