FG policy start date: 12/Apr/19
I have purchased car policy from Future Generali 1 month before the Expiry of old policy from HDFC Ergo,
After 15 days when I received the policy one add on feature Return to Invoice was missing I told them to cancel my policy wherein they told me to make a new purchase I asked them that it is under freelook aswell as your policy has also not been started yet,
They avoid to refund the amount the money back claiming they can make the add on after more days 10 days once my old policy got expired they send a e mail with the amount Rs 4249 to add the feature while HDFC Ergo offered it for Rs 900 only see the huge difference,
I told them its a huge difference either they match it or I want to cancel they want to make end number of deductions so that person cannot cancel,
One should avoid this company at all cost & go for other better company,
