What I have mentioned below is my experience with the Furtados at Koramangala, Bangalore.
1) The package of some items I had purchased like keyboard and guitar foot stool was so bad. It makes a customer think few times whether to proceed with the purchasing or not.
2) Those lady staffs are too unfit to be there. When inquired about music classes, the lady in-charge told that the slots for the particular days I opted is full and I had to choose another day in a week. She recommended me Tuesday, and then when I had seen the possibility to tweak and re-schedule my routine for that day, I confirmed immediately during the same conversation that I am willing to attend the classes on Tuesdays. she told that even the slots for that day are full and I may proceed with the payment and registration for the classes so she will call back once a slot is free for me to join or someone drops out. That's lame!
3) I was in need of Trinity's music theory & practical books and some were not available for which another lady staff in the ground floor told me that I can order for it so they will get it within 7 days. I waited for 18 days and still I did not receive any update. When I approached the shop, the lady sounded as if she is sorry and promised that they will place a special order for the books I needed and will be available within 4 days.
This is why I had not ordered them through online because of the shop's promises. Along with the books I need I also ordered a notation stand and ensured I gave the brand's name and it's proper model number (I made sure she noted it correctly). After 4 days I had to call them back and she LIED me that I had not given her any model number for the product, the notation stand.
Also since the person who is supposed to update on the availability of books is on leave she agreed to update about the books next day. The next day I maintained my politeness in speaking as since the beginning, but she sounded very rude on the phone as if I am forcing her to do something. She made up stories and told that I had to wait for another 7 days and she might call me back.
I knew that's never gonna happen & which is why I had to place an order online and I got the books I needed on time through shipment from Furtados Mumbai. The notation stand will arrive soon no doubt. It is better to get anything through online instead of facing such pathetic situations with inexperienced staffs who are careless and not sincere about their work.
