Really a bad experience
Got msg for ticket booking. When I show the msg to ticket counter they said this one is not booking id.This one is fake. And after telling my booking email id manager issued me the ticket. In all these I missed my 10 min movie. After that in interval when I go to snack bar. I have allotted 2 quantity of pepsi and popcorn
Firstly, they takes more than 15 min to check whether I have booked pepsi popcorn or not. After a lot of discuss they provide me just 1 combo instead of two. In middle of movie I have to go to the manager. And I takes 20 min talk. I missed my 20 min movie
Even after that, they said that we don't have information. You come to my office after movie. We discuss at there and after 5 min more discussion, they provide me 1 more combo. But take my name, Mobile no., Email id and signature
In all these problems, I missed my 40 min movie. I hate that experience. And one more thing in rainy season.The roof of fun cinema leaked.In my second last visit , the roof is leaked from many places
