I loaded money to freecharge account. after that the locked my account. I received mail that I can recharge and get 25 rs cashback two time.
they locked my account and I cant use my money.
I am unable to withdraw and apply coupon for cashback.
my money with freecharge.
Worst experience of cashless. I need money urgently. Please do needful.
There is no customer care to talk on phone. I am contacting care@freecharge.in. reply and answer very bad.
