I buyed an hyundai venue in 2022 and charged for an amount of 11, 000/- for the seat covers nd accessories(seat cover and a temple) that time they did applied the seat covers only nd for headrest they said will be available by next week
It's been 2 years my headrest covers(which should be available with the seat covers) are not yet available I did tried for the follow up but no response
(FYI- Entire car payment was given one time(No finance)).
