A small family car with enough space. I have been using for the past 4 yrs. Diesel engine is fantastic with pickup and smoothness. Great build and quality, durability. Servicing at Planet ford, shiroli Kolhapur is pathetic.
The servicing personal there seem to show they know everything but actually have a lack of information and knowledge. I had problem with a noise coming while turning right from the right side. They charged me Rs 10000/- for repairs and the sound was back in 1 month. I took the risk of repairing it at a local garage the charged Rs 2000/- and the sound has gone for the past one year. The car is now silky smooth.
