Using the car since 2012, Now clocked 60k. Had to replace the battery once. Not suitable for Indian road conditions because of low ground clearance. average service cost per year till date is around 12000/year for me because of additional repair works other than scheduled services. Now having a problem of very high engine noise. As per service center it is because of the faulty fuel injectors( 4Nos) which is a common issue for figo models. This was accepted by the service engineers itself. solution is either to replace which cost around 17K per piece or to repair which cost around 9000 per piece and for that we have to wait as it has to be sent to some other locations.
So this is the case of the Figo Car offered by the US base Ford company who are the pioneers in this field.
So think twice or thrice before .
