My first experience with Foodpanda. Seeing so many catchy adds of food panda in Facebook, I tried using this web portal to order in.
Since I had no cash in home I did an online payment. Got no confirmation message from Foodpanda, so called up the restaurant I opted to order from (The Dinner, Whitefield).
They first said we don't have the dish I ordered for, later they called up and said they have bulk order pending and its closing time so they are cancelling my order.
Later I got a cancellation message from Foodpanda.
I tried calling their toll free no to check my money back, but no response for almost 5 mins.
Hopefully tomorrow I will get my money credited back. B>WORST PART l/B>ate night we had to go out looking for food with limited cash.
