Today (10/09/09) when I visited the Foodworld at R T Nagar, was taken by surprise when I saw the store neat & tidy, with all the stocks including vegetable & fruits well arranged with the price tag. The cleanliness of the store really made the difference. Usually we find stocks on the floor pending to be stacked/ old vegetable yet to be taken off the shelves / the freezer with milk etc not arranged well etc.
With an intention to give complement to the shop supervisor I asked for the customer feedback/ suggestion book, but unfortunately they did not have any. As a token of appreciation for the good job I wrote my comments in a piece of paper & handed over the the gentleman there & also met the shop incharge & expressed my view personally. Good work Team. Hope this continues
It would be good if the management can appreciate the good work done by the R T Nagar branch. Besides I also have a suggestion, they can have health competition b/w the stores / franchise on various grades like cleanliness of the shop/ stocks/ reorder levels etc . With such a competition among the stores it would be a motivation for the employees & the customers also would feel good shopping at Food world
