Very bad experience with Flora India. These are big liars. Your orders will be delivered only at about 7:00 PM, Specially in case of cakes, no matter about special instructions anything. Actually their delivery time starts after 6:30 PM If you dare ask them then then you will notice their attitude. " ha 6:30 ke baad hi karenge .. kya karoge." This is the reply of one of their customer care executive.
Don't have any respect for customer and their feelings. There is no escalation level. You will never get any reply of your complaints, At times they just don't bother to pick your calls and just reject your call. I will not personally recommend anyone to use this site.
