I ordered only twice in Flipkart and it never made me buy anything again from Flipkart.


People at Flipkart doesn't care whether right products are getting delivered or the delivery is done ontime.


There are no compensations for the fault done at their end.


I ordered an Afroman loafers and I ordered size 9 which was in Royal blue but it landed up as sky blue. I asked them to pick up the return, they do not come to pick it up for 2 weeks and then they say the return window is expired we are unable to pick up the product.


There we began a tug of war with Flipkart, in and out, day in and day out after one long week, flipkart lands at my place to pick up the product. And thankfully I didn't have much hassle with the refund being processed.


this is one of the incident which happened. I thought bad things doesn't happen always but it still happened when I bought a phone called nextbit robin, which was sadly only sold at Flipkart. I waited for this phone to come to India for 6 months and also pre-ordered the phone two weeks in Advance. When the phone came it was defective, the sensor wasn't working and finger print scanner wasn't working, then again I had to go ahead with a return and replacement.


Again, they said a person from technical team will come check the phone, then that person came after 5 days which was said he will come in 24 hours. That person had to report things back to flipkart and then after two weeks of struggling with that defective phone, a person comes delivers a new phone.


Flipkart needs to understand that time is very important for everyone. Solving a problem is fine, but how soon you solve it is where you stand.


Now I'm a full fledged Amazon prime customer, where I order thousands for a Month. And I'm happy with the service, I haven't had to return anything till now. This is where Amazon stands as a retail giant throughout the world.
