I read good reviews about Flipkart's good service etc but I personally had very bad experiences.I live in a town near Pune and ordered a couple of books but even 4 days after the expected delivery date the books were not delivered.When I called the Flipkart Customer support I was told that they will revert back to me withing 24 hours.But even after 48 hours nobody called me or when called them they have no update on books.
The courier company which Flipkart has tieup is the worst than Flipkart.They forwarded my shipment to a local courier company and they don't even have the phone number of that company.
Throughout this process Flipkart was very insensitive towards the fact that the shipment is already delayed and still they were just sending me automated responses like "we care for customer blah blah blah., we will get back to you withing 24 hrs etc.
Somewhere I read that its the Amazon of India, but certainly it was a paid blog as by looking at this experience they are where near Amazon
