Well, Flipkart is emerging as a reliable site that is reliable and provides the best offers!
But the customer service is very poor!
The delivery time is not acceptable and the product quality varies!
I purchased Lenovo K6 power from flipkart but unfortunately the camera wasn't functional, so I called the customer service!
They talked very rudely and it was very difficult to arrange a replacement!
The delivery time is not good, it claims 3-4 days for a normal free delivery but according to my experience, it usually exceeds the expected delivery days!
Many times I ordered clothes from the site, and the quality and the appearance was not same as it as shown in the website!
Wrapping up, I would like to say that it is a pretty average website with poor management and customer services and I would not recommend ti anyone! Moreover, I would suggest to go for Amazon.in!
