Recently flipkart gave a so called huge discount as second big billion day.
The big billion day is a fraud.Just follow the price trend of some items you will find that the price is increase considerably for the few weeks before the sale day and on the sale day the price is suddenly decreassed to sale of 70% to 40% .
Moreover their logistic are unable to handle to deliver such huge orders.I will share my expreience.I ordered Honor power bank at a discounted price and the delivery guy came to deliver but I wasnt avaliable I asked him to wait for 15 min I will be there.But he told that he has to deliver a lot of items so he cannot wait.So I asked him tk deliver the item on next day to which he aggreed.
But at night a received a msg that my order is being returned and my money would be refunded.Any delivery or courier company tries to deliver the item for 3 times if the delivery is failed 3 times then they cancel the order.
But flipkart cancalled my order after the first attempt.The customer care accepted that it was done by the delivery guy in error.
Flipkart before announcing any sale please make you delivery work force efficinet.
