I started my online shopping with Flipkart.I ordered books as they were very cheap when compared to to the prices in offline stores.
Delivery was always on time.Later I also started buying clothes, computer gadgets, cellphones on flipkart.I always had good experiences on flipkart. Few times I have to return clothes, items which I did not like.
They were prompt in picking up the returns and refunding the money.My friends complain about their service degradation.degradation. Flipkart demand has increased in recent times and with the increase in demand the quality of services also started decreasing .Flipkart also has low quality sellers than Amazon.They should learn from amazon to provide quality service even where there is huge increase in demand.
