Shopping online is a boon and curse at the same time. Thanks to online shopping portals like flipkart , who continuously strive to enhance customers experience while shopping online. Easy to order, easy to return , good customer service what else can someone expect. One thing that I didn't like about this company is forcing me to download the app. You can't dictate terms to ur consumer. Rather the best company is the one who listens to their consumer and acts accordingly. To be honest I like ur services I download your app order and delete your app. I dont have space on my phone for such apps
