I have bought many items from Flipkart since last 3-4 months. In the beginning I was very happy about their service and products. After a while I came to know about their flawed service model. They deliver the package when THEY want and your convenient time carries no value.
As a customer you feel stupid. Recently I have noticed about their degrading service when one of my item reached at nearest hub a day ago and yet not out for delivery as I am writing this review.
They used to be prompt before. I used to buy from them tension free but now I feel worried. This failure of Flipkart to lose a repeated customer like me.
