This was worst experience shopping with Flipkart. I always do shopping with Flipkart and I started to trust the website but this time I placed a order for a Air conditioner I used my debit card for the same the transaction got declined and the amount of Rs. 21, 990/- got debited from my a/c. and I didnt get any email or msg on my registered email Id or Mobile Number regarding this. And when I contacted the customer care number they gave the assurance that the amount will be refunded within 4 to 5 working days no one is ready to give a proper response instead that they disconnected the phone. And today again when called up the CC no. they are not ready to forward the call to concerened department.
They are telling me that they have raised the query and you will receive a call within 24 hrs. Now its more than 15 days my amount is stuck and they are not ready to provide just a declined email. Its my request to all the customer not to use your Debit card In Flipkart. Its a real harassement. Now just for a email I have to wait for some many days does it make any sense.
Very Very Poor Customer Service. I never Expected this from Flipkart.
