I’ve been shopping with Flipkart since quite some time now. I’ve ordered a variety of products ranging from dresses, denims, Indian ethnic wear to my current smartphone and its cover. Trust me guys, I haven’t ever had any issue relating to their service or the product quality. The delivery time is way ahead of what they promise. I guess, its their strategy for customer satisfaction.
Committing for the delivery on 9th and actually deliver it by 3rd or 4th itself. Anyway, that makes me glad. Also, the delivery boys are pretty polite and apologize for even a minor delay. I really like that part. I’ve seen other sellers whose delivery boys don’t even look at you when you meet them at the door. Maybe that’s irrelevant, but it’s just another feel good factor.
However, there are certain things I don’t really like about Flipkart. Firstly, they should improve their packaging part. It’s really a task to get it unpacked. Next, it is the delivery charges which I find way too higher at times. It’s not okay to charge delivery for each and every product in the order, irrespective of the value. The management team might wish to do something in this regard.
