Excellent customer support and very good quality of the products.
Pros:
1.Prompt response and transparent information from support team for any cancellation or change in the order.
2.Fast shipping
Cons:
1.Not all the brands will be available
2.Some of the products , you might get a far cheaper price in your near by departmental stores.Especially baby products
3.Letsbuy and Flipkart have merged, but I don't find the options and products which you find in letsbuy
