Customer relation is too bad and the customer care is not helpful to us. Currently I am following for mu moto e which is not charging properly and the giving the backup of 2 hours on standby mode. They are giving 1 month replacement but if you will go to replace any defective product so they spoil your 1 month with the technical support team.
Continuously I received 6 defective products and they are not helpful to resolve my issue for any single items. Daily I am calling to the customer care but they are giving me the policy excuse that means no value of customer. They are breaking the trust of customer from online shopping.
