Dear All this is to update for the online buyers, I had purchased iPhone 7 after receiving the product after 4 days the phone lock button was not working phone was getting hanged .
I called up filpcart costumer care on this issue they report me to take a test report from the apple store
immediately I took it and I have send the report the report mentioned the product is defective and the report was shared with flipcart
Billing date of the phone was 19th Aug 2020
Phone received to me was 23rd Aug 2020
complaint was on 28th Aug
I do have all the reports
Flip cart they told me it will get replace within 1 Sep-2020
I called them on 01-Sep 2020 they told me on 4-Sep-2020
I called them on 04-Sep 2020 they told me this issue is not came to escalation team so now your complaint has raised will resolve it within 24 hrs and now flip cart says sorry sir we cant do the replacement we can help you to repair with the service center we will provide you the number
on their terms its mentioned within 7 days replacement its fake
Please don't purchased any product specially phone don't purchase on flipcart, this is my experience
Please try with amazon they will still respond you
