Flipkart is making it to Big League list, its been wonderful to see Indian Company making mesmerizing experience for customers. But recently I have gone an experience which have made me to think twice before ordering on flipkart. I ordered jockey innerwear from flipkart online. It was jockey sports series neon color innerwear brief that I ordered I received ontime delivery but I received wrong color brief it was black but I ordered neon color.
I called flipkart customer care for this issue but they started argument and said innerwear is against the policy once delivered we cannot take it back but I said I ordered neon color because it was not available on shop thats why I ordered online this is your mistake that you shipped wrong color so they clearly denied from replacement. It was worst experience I have ever had in online shopping. Flipkart make your services more robust.
