Firstly, when you see a movie whose name is A FLAT then you will first expect that it will be a spine chilling horror movie which will scares the daylight out of you, but after watching the film you will observe that you have been cheated by looking at the title of that movie A FLAT, in originally which is not a fully horror movie but a vengeance of village girl`s ghosts on his lover/husband who has cheated her after marriage using the medium of her husband`s friend to make him force to bring her guilty husband to her so that she can punish him for her death at the time of abortion.
From the first scene upto the first half, there is nothing scary scenes to make you jump but some boring present & past scenes of the characters but after the second half when you expect that something scary will happen now, but alas then also there is no such scary scenes but the backflash story of the village girl who has now became ghost and how she has fall in love with the cheater who has cheated her after marriage as already he was married to someone.
And finally when the girl get pregnant then her husband forced her for aborting that child almost knowing that it will risk her life to death.And so at the time of abortion she died and her husband to protect himself put her body behind the wall of that flat[which he has rented from his friend].And now the girl become ghost to take revenge of her death and finally her husband`s friend bring her husband back to that flat so that she can take revenge from her husband.But nothing happens and it has not been shown properly what happens to her husband after that.such a boring incomplete climax I have not seen yet in any bollywood horror movies upto now.
So give it a miss. it will be better otherwise you will be disappointed
