Hello friends today I am going to share my experience about Flames multicuisine restaurant which is located in Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur. So by location it is very good.
The infrastructure of this restaurant is very nice and it is fully air conditioned. But the customer service of this restaurant is very bad due to lack of serviceman. I had visited it about 15 days ago with my family and we had to wait for a long time to give our order which was very irritating for us. Finally we ordered mix veg, chana masala, fried rice and butter nan.
The presentation of food was above average but not very good. The taste of chana masala and fried rice was also very good. But quality of the mix veg was very poor, it was not cooked well. And butter nan was so deeply baked which made it very hard. So we could enjoy only chana masala and fried rice.
Now the time to pay bill, we got bill it was very high. It recover a lot of money for cheap quality of food. I will never suggest to anyone this restaurant.
