I booked one Mobile- Nokia Lumia 720 through kaunsa.com on 04.05.13 with their assured delivery schedule of 7-10days. Infact in my order page confirm delivery date mentioned is 14.05.13. Now it is already 10days but there is no delivery of my booked mobile. When I contacted them today, I have been told they will require further 5-days to arrange delivery & given new delivery date of 19.05.13.
The most irritating thing is that they hardly reply to our sent email queries, which we sent through their ticketing system. Further whenever I tried to contact them over given telephone no. it requires to call them 5-6 times & then once somebody pick up the call. Means they pick up the call as & when they wish. Really most pathetic.... lethargic....no support orientation towards customer .....e-commerce portal.
Even when I asked them to cancel the order, as they've not arranged delivery as per given commitment, I have been told that order can't be cancel & I need to bear with them for some more time... It means now even if they don't deliver in next 15-20 days...I need to keep waiting...
