My MS friends have written so much and so nice, that hardly anything remains to be written. The topic is also quite old on MS list but my love for comic films forces me to supplement to what my MS friends have seriously compiled.To summarize what reflects from most of the reviews, comedy of errors or the comedy of situations is appreciateed by all including myself.
Though out of the subject I would like to name some of the English movies that are hilarious and language is no barrier.MODERN TIMES, ''CARRY ON..'' SERIES, IT'S A MAD MAD MAD WORLD.
Coming back to hindi movies,I would like my fellow friends to take a note of the following.
PYAR KIYE JAA-starring Shashi Kapoor, Mehmood and Omprakash in the lead comic roles.
AMAR AKBAR ANTHONY-no need to write anything about it. I am sure no body will forget the comedy inter-woven in every conceivable situation.
PICHHA KARO-starring Nasaruddin and Farookh Shaikh in the lime light.
MANCHALI-most un-imaginable pair of Sanjeev Kumar and Leena Chandavarkar creating comedy from where you can't think of.
DEKH KABIRA ROYA-Let ''Kabira'' weep but you will laugh!
RAFU-CHAKKAR,MALAMAAL,BOMBAY TO GOA,JOHAR MEHMOOD IN GOA are among the others I would like my fellows to try.
