I have been working out in fitness one Jayanagr from past three months.Before this I have worked out in platinum bodies and also in VLCC Gym.
Among these three I found VLCC as the worst gymno doubt the gym equipments(In south end circle branch) Were good and also trainer was also good,But their basic concepts r wrong,Infact My fat percentage is bit high and I had to reduce weight.I had informed them about this but instead they started giving me workout schedule for adding up the muscle..
Where as in Fitness one The physio therapist Dr Vijay(Jayanagar branch) analyses your posture,your strength and flexiblity very well and your work out card will be based on that analysis.Infact the work out card is for 30 days and each day U need to get it signed from one of the trainers,Its very good system because u will get to know how many u had been lazy in coming to work out :-) in that span of 30 days..
DIet consultation is free of cost,and te diet they prescribe is not that hard to follow but yet gives good results.. The trainers are very polite and at the same time strict too...
Apart from Gym,U do have other facilities like steam and there is no limitations for taking steam.(u can have steam bath as many time u want) but taking steam once in two weeks is good 4 health..I have seen the aerobics hall its really spacious and I cant comment on aerobics classes asI havent joined aerobics and Even Yoga classes are conducted in the same place
Nowadays many people are joining fitness one and hence there is necessity to build up more area for Gym.I have heard a news that jayangar branch is going to be expanded,They are going to add three more treadmill and 2 EFX machines,in the top floor..It really reduces waiting time..
