Fitness first is quite a good place to workout because the gym has a good area to workout including both strength area and cardio area. the gym is on the 5th as well as 6th floor so it got the double area and the area is well ventilated so no suffocation is felt by people during workout.The machinery and all strengthening equipments are of good quality even the washroom and locker is always feel clean and fresh.
staff members are good as well and the trainers are very helping and knowledgeable. They taught the right thing according to the each and every person body and strength.
the gym is value for money according to their service and infrastructure.
