I placed an order on Paytm and the seller shipped my shipment through First Flight from Delhi to Ahmadabad. Usually I get all my couriers within 48-60 hours post dispatched from Dehli/Mumbai/Bangalore but in this case it took almost 10 days. Though the AWB number was shared by the seller, I was not able to track it on their website.I even called customer care but their response was also disappointing. At the end, I have to check with local booking office of courier from where I got to know that my courier was with them from last 3 days, they were not able to deliver due to shortage of staff.I would never recommend to send any courier through these service, I even informed paytm and the seller to not send any of my future orders through First Flight Courier.
