My Parents sent me courier(J991M5878744) from Bareilly(UP) to Mumbai. Courier service denied to contain pickles packets. I am not sure if that is the case with every courier service.
Further when received at other end, courier boy denied to deliver the packet to provided address but further asked us to pick up from bus stand. After much discussion he agreed to deliver at home but when came fight so much saying "Itne paise nhi milte ki ghr tk deliver krun and bla bla".
He got sign in hurry and ran away. When we opened the cover provided by First flight, our original packet was already opened(attached pic). We tried searching courier boy but as mentioned he ran away. Everything inside the packet was messed up. Half of the snacks were missing and other fragile items were mashed up. This is the worst service I have ever received. Not recommended at all.
