he buzzing (drinking alcohol) managers are very talented in fai becoz they buzzed with associates who are against fai and they spoil good associates. The buzzing managers target his don't like to give other people chance. They plan his to give negative feedback to good associates. If fai check it will prove. The buzzing associates are try to destroy good associates. The buzzing associates never work and they got good feedback with line manager to senior management. If the senior management wake up eyes and looks it. The buzzing associates with managers are taking long leaves and sleeping
on the floor and taking 10 to 15 breaks in a shift. If hr person take this serious issue and think it the fai will safe. Please check the associates who are try to mass resignation they are getting good appraisal and all facilities which i mentioned above. What about tl he is waste guy in fai .....the tl cannot do any thing now. He have no time to look in to this...becoz he want to generate reports...reports and long reports.....................the buzzing associates are demanding in canteen and cab facilities...they commenting women in fai....but the tl or line manager can't do bcoz they are addicted with buzzing.. What the problem with this guys? Answer. They cannot do work...but getting incentives...they taking long leaves and they spoil good associates and they give negative feedback for good associates to senior management. They taking long break....they commenting fai women..please think if you have work why you always chit chat with manager......?
This question is very important becoz the fai work flow his very high and they have no time to take break. But this buzzing associates are clubbing with this managers and doing this......for example the guy in socal counties -trace take a leader ship and given a mass resegnation...for critical allowance. Really comparitevly other projects socal is not much critical. This guy his not work and take this issue to management and spoil the other associates. Now he wants to back to socal. Now socal his going good and we donot want this guy.....the hr management thinks who this guy...want to know.........g. Praveen 20244..... Please check his apprasial and leaves taking method and behavior in video...he his the guy spoil socal and want to back to socal.......he his the big buzzer example and like him other 5 to 10 members are there.......we do not want to give those names becoz we want clear social.
